We believe that financial education is not a privilege—it’s a necessity for stability, confidence, and long-term well-being.


At SimplyNeed, we operate through workshops, one-on-one mentoring, and digital resources designed to make financial learning accessible and engaging. We partner with schools, shelters, and community organizations to teach practical skills such as budgeting, saving, credit management, and smart borrowing. By simplifying complex financial concepts, we aim to help participants take control of their money and plan for a sustainable future.


We also provide opportunities for volunteers and supporters to get involved—whether through teaching sessions, developing educational materials, or contributing financially to expand our programs. Arya Rathi



Founder





Arya Rathi is the founder of SimplyNeed, an organization dedicated to improving financial literacy among underserved communities. His inspiration for the initiative began at his family’s business, A-One Tax, where he often worked with immigrant families navigating the challenges of filing tax returns. Seeing how many struggled with confusing paperwork and limited financial knowledge, Arya realized the importance of making financial education more accessible and practical for everyone. Through SimplyNeed, he now leads workshops and one-on-one sessions that help individuals understand taxes, budgeting, credit, and saving in a clear, engaging way.


Outside of his work with SimplyNeed, Arya enjoys staying active and creative. He’s an avid tennis player and loves the strategy and focus the game demands. He also enjoys exploring new places, experimenting with technology and design projects, and spending time with family and friends. Whether on the court, in the classroom, or at his desk, Arya approaches everything with curiosity, energy, and a desire to make a positive difference in his community.
